The terrae.pt website is owned and operated by Os Caetanos, Lda, trading as Terrae, with registered office at Rua Manuel Ferreira 19C, 2795-229 Linda-a-Velha, Portugal, tax ID 504 428 918, real estate mediation licence AMI 27242 issued by IMPIC.
2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the terrae.pt website and the engagement with Terrae services described therein. By using this website you accept these terms.
3. Services
Terrae provides real estate mediation, mortgage intermediation (through partner ALS Finance, Bank of Portugal n.º 0008706), and property development (through dedicated SPVs). The terms applicable to each service are agreed in writing in the relevant engagement documents at the time of contracting.
4. Information accuracy
Information on this website is published in good faith and updated regularly, but Terrae cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness at all times. Specific property details (areas, prices, timings) are confirmed at the time of formal engagement and recorded in the relevant contract.
5. Intellectual property
The "Terrae" trademark, the website design, content, images and source code are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or use outside personal browsing requires written authorisation from Os Caetanos, Lda.
6. External links
The website may include links to third-party websites. Terrae has no editorial control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Limitation of liability
