About Terrae

Terrae is a Portuguese real estate brand. Mediation, mortgage intermediation and property development under one signature. National capital, decisions made in Lisbon. AMI 27242.

Why we exist

A market that doesn't recommend itself.

Most real estate agencies will sell you what they have. Few will tell you what they wouldn't buy themselves. Terrae was built around an old commitment, written into the way the company is structured: we don't recommend what we wouldn't recommend to ourselves.

This sounds simple. In practice, it means walking away from listings we don't believe in. It means turning down deals where the buyer is paying too much. It means saying "not yet" to clients who aren't ready. The market won't always reward this. The clients who notice, will.

Four divisions, one brand

The Terrae system.

Each division stands on its own — and they multiply when combined. A client buying through Terrae Mediation can finance through Terrae Financial Services. A client investing in Terrae Investimentos becomes a buyer in Terrae Mediation. Coherence by design, not by promise.

The nature of Terrae

Terrae is, first and foremost, a family business.

The decision to build this brand was made at home, in a family council. The three women who sat at that table are part of the operation today. It is not decoration — it is the way Terrae is run every day.
