A fully curated property tour of Lisbon, Cascais and the Setúbal coast, designed around your brief. Accompanied by a senior Terrae advisor from arrival to departure. No commodity property hopping.
Most agency-organised property tours show you what the agency wants to sell. Ours show you what your brief requires, even when the answer is a property listed by a competitor. We arrive at the meeting with a written brief, a shortlist agreed in advance, and an honest opinion of each option.
The itinerary

Adapted to your brief — but the spine is consistent. We cover the three corridors that account for most international buyer briefs in Portugal.
Day 01 · Lisbon
Core neighbourhoods.
Príncipe Real, Chiado, Lapa, Estrela for trophy and lifestyle.
Alvalade, Areeiro, Campo de Ourique for yield and family.
Walking briefings between visits, in-context.
Evening: legal & tax briefing at the Lisbon office.
Day 02 · Cascais coast
Estoril, Cascais, Sintra outskirts.
Coastal trophy: Quinta da Marinha, Aldeia da Juso, Birre.
International schools corridor: Carcavelos, São Domingos.
Estoril for family living, Cascais for marina lifestyle.
Lunch with a member of our legal partner team if relevant.
Day 03 · Southern coast
Setúbal arc and Comporta access.
Sesimbra, Setúbal, Tróia for coastal lifestyle.
Comporta access (full day possible if booked in advance).
Optional site visit to a Terrae development (Jardins do Anjo, Palmela).
Closing dinner. Brief recap. Next steps document delivered.

All ground transport between visits (driver + vehicle).

Legal & tax briefing session at the Lisbon office.
Written follow-up brief with our view on each property and recommended next steps.
Two follow-up calls in the 30 days after the tour.
Not included
Flights to and from Lisbon.
Hotel accommodation (we recommend partners on request).
Personal expenses outside the scheduled itinerary.
Notary, registration, IMT or stamp duty fees, should you proceed to purchase.
Standalone tax or legal advisory (introduced through trusted Portuguese counsel).
Investment
From €4,500 for two persons.
A three-day, fully curated tour from €4,500 (two persons). Travel for additional family members or partners is quoted on request. Fully refundable as a credit against any subsequent Buyer Advisory engagement entered into with Terrae within 12 months of the tour.
We don't sell tours as a profit centre. We design them as the right first step for serious buyers — and treat them as a deposit on the eventual transaction.
